Billing
All charges are billed to the client's credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made, where in time the client’s valid credit card will be kept on file. Paradise Worldwide Transportation will accept all major credit cards,
corporate checks, or cash. To open an account with Paradise Worldwide Transportation, please contact your Guest Services Supervisor or our Office Manager.
One Way Transfer Rates
Paradise Worldwide Transportation provides a flat rate, known as a One Way Transfer Rate. This rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off servicing the immediate surrounding areas, without any associated delay or waiting time to exceed fifteen minutes (15). In the event that the wait time exceeds the allotted fifteen minutes the billing will be reverted to
the prevailing hourly rate.
As directed/ hourly Rates
Paradise Worldwide Transportation utilizes its “As Directed” rate which is based on the Company’s prevailing hourly rate with a four (4) hour minimum charge. (A five (5) hour minimum applies to all specialty vehicles) For further
information on the Company’s “As Directed” rate, or travel time estimates pertaining to your specific travel destination, please contact us directly.
Cancellation Policy
Paradise Worldwide Transportation requires a minimum of forty eight (48) hours notice of scheduled booking time for a full refund. If a
cancellation occurs within forty eight (48) hours of scheduled booking
time, the Client will be billed fifty percent (50%) of the total
scheduled booking cost. If a cancellation occurs within four hours (4)
of the scheduled booking time no refund will be given.
All bus and specialty vehicles (ie; mini bus, motor coach, Limousines, Limo bus, etc.) require a minimum of seven (7) days notice for any refund. If a cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of scheduled booking time, the Client will be billed fifty percent (50%) of the total scheduled booking cost. If a cancellation occurs within seventy two (72) hours of the scheduled booking time no refund will be given.
NOTE: All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@paradisewt.com or by certified mail.
No Show Charges
If Client is unable to locate Client’s Chauffeur for any reason, Client should immediately contact the Company at either (800) 729-4713 or (727) 572-5240; 24 hours a day/ seven days a week. Our Dispatch Offices will be able to locate the Chauffeur immediately and facilitate a meeting point. “No Show” charges will apply in the event the Client fails to call our office before leaving the scheduled pickup location. This charge also applies if Client fails to cancel the reservation and the Chauffeur is dispatched. No Shows charges are billed at the respective minimums for each market and specified vehicle type.
Service Rates
Rates, terms, & conditions are subject to change without prior notification. Special rates, extended minimums and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special event days. Some tolls and parking charges may be charged
additionally. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
Baggage and Other Property Transported
Paradise Worldwide Transportation does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the handling or maintenance of any baggage, parcels or other property. Baggage and all other personal property will be handled only at Client’s own risk. Client’s baggage shall be carried subject to the available accommodations.
Use by minors
Paradise Worldwide Transportation chauffeurs have a current PVDL, and are Jessica Lunsford certified. In the event that the vehicle is occupied solely by minors (under the age of 18), the divider for the limousines, and specialty vehicles will be locked in the down position.
School Sponsored Events
Paradise Worldwide Transportation considers school sponsored events as Homecomings, Proms, and any other school related activities. For these events Paradise Worldwide Transportation requires the passengers and the passenger’s parent/guardian to sign the Paradise Worldwide Transportation “I Promise” agreement. This contract is an agreement that the passenger and the passengers parent/guardian will adhere to the rules set forth by Paradise Worldwide Transportation. Rules include but are not limited to; No alcohol of any kind at anytime for the duration of the trip; No smoking of any kind at anytime for the duration of the trip; The privacy partition will be locked in the down position for the duration of the trip; All parent or guardians of a passenger(s) must provide Paradise Worldwide Transportation with an active contact phone number, in the event of emergency or violation; Only the passenger names of those listed on the “I Promise” agreement will be allowed in the vehicle (no exceptions), if at any time the agreement is violated, the trip will be terminated with no refund due, and the parent/guardian will be notified immediately. Safety is the top priority of Paradise Worldwide Transportation, and we will do our very best to ensure a safe and memorable experience for all parties involved.
Objectionable Persons
Paradise Worldwide Transportation reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the Chauffeur feels threatened in any way.
Conduct of Passengers
No alcohol consumed by anyone under the age of 21 is permitted in the vehicle; violation will result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund due. No drug use of any kind, violation will result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund due. Client shall not interfere with the Chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. In the event that this occurs the trip will be terminated immediately with no refunds given.
Prohibition of Weapons, Explosives, Oxygen, Pets, and Other Dangerous or Unusual Cargo
Weapons of any type, including firearms are strictly forbidden in any vehicle at anytime (whether in baggage or on the person). Transportation of explosives, fireworks, and/or other flammable, combustible, toxic, or otherwise dangerous material is strictly forbidden. Pets, and/or livestock are forbidden at anytime. Oxygen for medical use is used at the sole responsibility of the client and must be preapproved by Paradise Worldwide Transportation.
Personal Property
Paradise Worldwide Transportation is not responsible for any damage to personal items, or items left in the vehicle. In the event that items are found in the vehicles, Paradise Worldwide Transportation will attempt to return said items in a timely manner.
Vehicle Damage
Any damage sustained to the vehicle whether interior or exterior by the Client, or the Clients party will be charged to the Clients credit card on file for ALL repair cost, including additional fees for time out of service.
Unusual Cleaning
If, during or after the transportation service, Paradise Worldwide Transportation is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the Client, including, bodily fluids, the
Company, at its option, may charge the Client an additional $250.00 to cover such additional time and materials.
Vehicle breakdown
In the event that a vehicle breaks downs do to major mechanical failure, Client agrees that a replacement vehicle will be dispatched at no extra charge for the continuation of the trip.
Limitation of Liability
PARADISE WORLDWIDE TRANSPORTATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT OR FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE OTHER PARTY OR
ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE
FORESEEABLE OR THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO ANY
PARTY FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE SINGLE FARE FEE FOR THE DAY IN QUESTION.
BY ACCEPTING SERVICES FROM PARADISE WORLDWIDE TRANSPORTATION, CLIENT AGREES TO ALL
TERMS AND CONDITONS SET FORTH BY PARADISE WORLDWIDE TRANSPORTATION.
